Our leading brand, Flat Tummy Co, is targeted at a 20-30 year-old female market based primarily in the US, Canada and Australia. As part of our International Customer Experience team, you’ll be building relationships and supporting our babes to get back on track. We all have those #whoops moments, but at Flat Tummy HQ we’re all about balance, and helping our girls to get healthier and feel more confident, by improving their digestion and energy levels.

Who we're looking for: highly organized, forward thinking individual who has the “we've got your back” attitude we’re all about, and is keen to work as part of a kick-a** international team.

Key responsibilities will initially be:

  • Responding to customer emails, customizing responses to give our customers the best experience, whilst adhering to company procedure and protocol.
  • Building relationships and supporting our babes at every stage of their journey via interactive live chat.
  • Actively monitoring our brands on all of our social media platforms, including posting, commenting and responding to direct messages.
  • Understanding and contributing to our brand's overall communication strategy.
  • General administration duties, including but not limited to producing training documents, responding to PayPal enquiries, and performing fraudulent purchase checks.
  • Adding value to the entire Customer Experience team.

Requirements:

  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • The independence and self-direction to work from home and hit regular metrics and KPIs.
  • A basic knowledge of social media marketing.
  • Critical thinking and the ability to develop new procedures when required.
  • A 'get it done' attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • An interest in the health and beauty industries.
  • The highest level of service and attention to detail.
