Our Member Service Centre in Geraldton is one of 8 in a network that provides face-to-face interaction for members and a reliable, personal sales experience. You will be responsible for actively selling and promoting RAC products both at the front counter and on the phone.

To ensure your success, you will be a confident communicator, be able to recognise the needs of our members and enjoy working in a team. After participating in a supportive learning environment, successful candidates will enjoy contributing towards sales targets by having great conversations with our members and acting as brand ambassadors.

• You must be available to work across all weekdays between 8.45am and 5.15pm
• You must have proven experience in a sales role, including promoting, cross selling and closing the sale
• You are committed to putting customers first and providing exceptional service
• You are a permanent resident or Australian Citizen
