Your new role
Your new role as a Collections Representative, will see you handling calls relating to customers payments in order to minimise loss to the company. If payment is not received then it will be passed onto the Collections team. You will also be dealing with internal stakeholders and other departments of the company.
Other duties:

• Manage and monitor delinquent accounts responsible to the collections team to achieve set KPIs
• Maintain high level of customer service whilst performing inbound and outbound calls
• Ensure data integrity of customer information is adhered to and kept up to date
• Take initiative and make decisions relating to customers payments and accounts status
• Complete all relevant administration and documentation

What you'll need to succeed

• Contact centre and customer service experience is essential
• Be empathetic to customers situations but also show resilience and be able to handle set-backs
• Be able to make decisions to minimise loss to the company
• Work in a KPI driven environment to achieve results
• Handle competing priorities
• Be highly organised and have strong administration skills
• Have excellent written and verbal communication
