Our client are a reputable lighting organisation seeking sales consultants to join their team as junior Account Managers. Located in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs, your new company is excited about their growth, and inviting new staff members ahead of the new financial year.
Your new role
Reporting to the direct sales team leader - your position requires the following :
- Managing and nurturing an already established account which will make up approximately 70% of your position
- You will receive training and development on how to approach new business' and how to develop those relationships into revenue- this part of your role with acquire 30% of your time.
- Adhere to weekly performance targets and receive coaching on areas where you may find challenging
- Respond to inbound calls and perform outbound calls to your clients , updating them on new product offerings
- Manage your own mini business within a business
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in retail will be considered
- Experience working as a Sales representative within a Contact Centre environment would be highly advantageous.
- Positive attitude and work ethic - Punctuality and reliability
- 2 References which are able to be contacted during offer stage
