On behalf of our client, a manufacturer of high quality, custom-made household products we are looking for someone to drive a customer service culture boasting outstanding service and quality.

The customer service team is the first point of contact for customers and  responsible for providing technical product information, providing quotations, responding to phone and email enquiries and processing sales orders.

  
Your key accountabilities will encompass:

• Leading and motivating a small internal customer service team
• Recruitment and selection
• Training, coaching and development
• Staff performance management
• Handling customer escalations
• Liaising with internal stakeholders, including production and logistics
• Monitoring and reporting on KPIs

  
To be considered for this position you will possess:

• Proven supervisory or team leader experience 
• Ideally similar experience gain in a manufacturing setting
• Experience with staff recruitment, training and development
• The ability to lead and motivate a small team and work well as an active team member
• Impeccable communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong administrative capabilities including intermediate MS Excel and Word skills
