Our client is in an award-winning industry leader specialising in a range of affordable homes for first time homeowners to sleek and luxurious family homes. As one of the fastest growing home building groups on a national scale, our client is seeking a like-minded and driven Appointment Setter to join its supportive and dynamic team.
Due to rapid growth and expansion within the company, our client is seeking an Appointment Setter to help with the ever-increasing workload within the WA team with locations spanning across Perth’s southern and northern suburbs.
This fast moving, innovative, customer service-based company is always investing in new ideas, infrastructure and people to remain on top of its game.
Reporting to the Sales Director your duties will include;
- Making outbound sales calls to pre-qualified businesses.
- Liaising with company decision-makers.
- Generating leads.
- Providing outstanding customer service to build rapport.
- Scheduling appointments for the New Home Sales Consultants to attend.
To be successful in this role you will not be afraid of picking up the phone;
- A minimum of 12-months experience in an outbound sales role
- A customer focused attitude
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with a wide range of clientele
- A high level of self-motivation
