Our client is a well known International brand in the beverage industry. They are taking the Australian market by storm and going through HUGE growth, creating multiple opportunities. They are looking for 2 Outbound Sales Representative to join their friendly team of outgoing professionals.
 
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager your key responsibility in this role will be to build strong relationships with existing customers and increase product sales across Australia and New Zealand.

Role and Responsibilities
• Calling existing customers - These guys don't do cold calling!!!
• Promote and sell new products based on customer profiles
• Relationship building and account management
• Customer experience is key!!!
• $48k + Super + Uncapped Commission OTE $70k +
• Mon - Fri 10am - 6pm  
• Rotating Saturday shift every other week 10am-6pm (Monday off instead).
 
Skills and experience
• Previous experience in a Call Centre is highly regarded
• Previous experience in a Face to face or Retail role
• Bubbly and upbeat personalities 
• Team player with the ability to work autonomously
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work towards and achieve set targets
