Trojan Recruitment is looking for an experienced Customer Service Consultant in the pooling solutions industry to commence a temp position immediately. For the right candidate there is potential for the role to become permanent. Our client is a leading and well established pooling company and they are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Consultant
Key Duties and Responsibilities include (but not limited to):-
- Creating Purchase Orders
- Data Entry for payroll, general admin duties as directed
- Working within both the operations and customer service department
- Answering incoming phone calls and actioning emails
- Corrections in Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Actioning enquiries relating to hire, dehire and corrections
- Scanning and linking
To be eligible for the role you must have the following skills/experience:-
- 1-2 years’ experience in Customer Service
- Experience in Customer Service for a warehouse/logistics/manufacturing company is highly advantageous
- Administration experience
- Previous experience with a pooling company is highly desirable
- Experience with operations or logistics highly desirable
- Experience with Microsoft Office and being computer savvy
- Strong problem solving skills
- The right attitude and motivated
