A fabulous opportunity to join a new and exciting telecommunications retailer with a fun, dynamic and performance focused culture. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor to help build an existing small team and be given the opportunity to work with internal and external stakeholders to build systems, develop campaigns to create and influence the future of the customer base.

As an experienced Retention Leader you will be driven, use initiative & innovation to drive results. This position will be responsible for building, developing and managing the retention team both inbound and outbound.
Your people development expertise will see you inspire and challenge team members through coaching, constructive feedback, support and recognition, promoting a high performing culture with a focus on employee engagement.
 
Key Accountabilities
  • Proven experience mentoring, coaching and developing high performing retention teams
  • Superior stakeholder engagement skills and ability to leverage professional relationships to be able to effectively drive change
  • Implement and grow a pro-active retention model
  • An ability to deliver results in a volume driven, high pressure environment
  • Work closely with the product teams on the creation of campaigns and offers that drive the appropriate products to retain our customer base
  • Imbed operating rhythm within the retention team
  • Proactively identify and facilitate opportunities for sales process improvements of our partners
