Smoke Alarm Testing Services (SATS) is looking to employ an additional customer service representative to manage a property escalations portfolio whilst delivering and maintaining exceptional customer service to Real Estate Agents, landlord and tenants.
We are seeking a candidate who has a positive 'can do' attitude with customer service experience to work at our head office in Yatala QLD on a full time basis of 38 hours per week Monday – Friday.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include but not limited to;
- Solving issues in regards to property escalations
- Managing emails
- Technical data entry
- Provide technical assistance and advice
- Booking in service jobs
- Answering SATS phones calls
- Experience in Real Estate and Smoke Alarm industries preferred but not required
The successful candidate:
- Must have experience in customer service
- A reliable & motivated individual with a positive attitude
- The ability to use initiative
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent organisation & administration skills
- Must have high attention to detail
- Excellent communications skills, verbal & written
- Must be well presented & punctual
- Able to work in a team environment
- Available to start immediately
