About The Job
We are helping them to recruit 3 Sales Consultant positions for their Fitzroy office. As this is a sales role there are structured hours where you are expected to be on the phone calling leads (as is to be expected of a sales role), but there is also time allocated for planning and reflection every day. These are warm calls to businesses, and they are calls that most businesses would be happy to receive. You will receive bucket loads of support not only from your Team Leader, but also the manager of the company who has an open door policy at all times. There is some structured training, but they are also wanting someone that can just jump in and get started.
The idea is that this position will eventually lead into a Business Development Role within 2-3 years for the right person. Plenty of career growth and opportunities there.
The company are based in Fitzroy, and there is street parking available as well plenty of public transport in the area.

The Things About You That We Are Looking For
•Outgoing, positive and resilient personality. This is imperative in this type of work, and for bringing on new business.
•Some customer service experience would be great this can be face to face or on the phones.
•Confident and clear communication skills.
