Description
The Customer Account Manager will be responsible for all aspects of client’s orders. Working within a small team, you will be required to think outside the box to resolve issues such as delivery, installation and incorrect orders. The position is heavily email enquiry based so high levels of organisation and problem solving is required.
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in dealing with complex enquiries
- Experience in dealing with complaints
- The ability to problem solve
- High level organisational skills
- Great attention to detail
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Experience within the real estate industry desired
