Our client is currently looking for Customer Service professionals to assist them during an exciting short term project!

This role will involve taking inbound phone calls from consumers, troubleshooting, assisting with product enquiries and booking service calls.

Our client offers a structured, fun and supportive training program. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Retailers
• Answer queries relating to stock and deliveries
• Complaint handling
• Provide information about company products, specials, marketing programs and business practices
• Maintain current product knowledge, policies and procedures
• Data entry and general administrative tasks

To be successful you must possess the following:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in a phone based customer service role
• Fantastic customer service skills
• The ability to work well in a fast paced team environment
• Proficiency in MS office
• The ability to learn and retain extensive product knowledge
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• High attention to detail
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

You will be available between the hours of 8am and 6pm on a rotating basis.
