Based in Sydney CBD, this $4billion global travel giant are seeking talented outbound sales consultants to join their highly-valued, fun and social team.  Centrally located this is the contact centre to beat all contact centre's with a fun product, ongoing training and development, uncapped commission and warm leads.

In this diverse role you'll be chasing warm leads to sell holidays to Canada & Alaska, Europe, Asia, Australia, Hawaii, South America and the USA.  Think Aloha Hawaii, lunch on the Italian Riviera, whale watching in Alaska, African safaris, temples in Myanmar and everywhere in between... you name it, they sell it!  

You don't need a background in travel but must have a proven track record in your current sales role and the ability to manage a large portfolio of clients through the full sales cycle. This is a hands-on outbound sales role that requires you to be fully responsible for owning and achieving sales targets so you must be driven to succeed. An intensive training programme will allow you to polish your already well developed sales skills, ensuring you hit the ground running and succeed in this position! 
 
Key Criteria: 
• 1 year minimum outbound sales experience with a solid understanding of the sales process 
• Clear and fluent communication skills
• Excellent rapport building skills
• Outgoing motivated personality 
• Passionate about customer service and achieving SALES! 
• Must have Permanent Residency or be an Australian Citizen
