About The Role:
NHP’s Customer Service Team is the most energetic and dynamic environment we have to offer you! And because NHP not only prides itself on providing outstanding customer service, but also believes that assisting customers with all their electrical and automation needs is a core function of our service offering, our Customer Service Consultants are pivotal to NHP’s success. Receiving a significant number of enquiries per day, you will join a team expanding to 4 customer service consultants handling both internal and external phone/email enquiries, orders and returns.
Responsibilities include:
• Providing exceptional frontline customer service to internal and external stakeholders via multiple channels;
• Support customers and internal specialist divisions in providing assistance with Quotations, Pricing and Availability, Orders, Returns, Services, Logistics and general Customer Service support;
• Investigate queries and determine resources needed to respond/provide solutions to customer requests for assistance; and
• Liaise with various internal departments in order to assist customer enquiries regarding products, services, returns and technical issues.
• Support customers and internal specialist divisions in providing assistance with Quotations, Pricing and Availability, Orders, Returns, Services, Logistics and general Customer Service support;
• Investigate queries and determine resources needed to respond/provide solutions to customer requests for assistance; and
• Liaise with various internal departments in order to assist customer enquiries regarding products, services, returns and technical issues.
About You:
The successful candidate will be technically inclined and have the passion and drive to become an expert in NHP’s products and business. Along with an understanding of customer service and general computer skills, the ideal candidate with thrive working in a vibrant team environment.
Ideally you have:
• Electrical or Electronic trade or engineering background preferred but not essential
• Technical aptitude
• Eagerness to learn about the NHP business, its products and their technical applications
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• High attention to detail, accuracy and speed
• Computer knowledge
• Driven by helping customers and internal stakeholders, with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for NHP and our customers
• Adaptable, self-motivated and proactive, able to use initiative and think outside the box
• Technical aptitude
