Due to expansion within our service contact centre we have recently recruited a small team within our Sydney Hub office located in the heart of the CBD. This has opened up an exciting new opportunity for a strong leader to manage our newly formed and very fun team as our Team Manager.
As the Team Manager, you will motivate, coach and inspire the Sydney service team to deliver exceptional customer service and experiences to our members through our inbound call centre.
You will play a pivotal role in leading the day-to-day operations, which include: On boarding, quality
assurance, training, coaching and performance reporting.
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running in this fast paced, changing environment and join the contact centre buzz.

- Natural people leader with experience in a similar role;
- Strong communicator with the ability to negotiate, influence and inspire change;
- Extremely ambitious and driven with the ability to motivate your team to strive for excellence;
- Member focussed and determined to deliver better value banking solutions.
Essentials…
- Experience within a similar leadership role, ideally within the banking and finance industry;
- Contact centre experience;
- Demonstrated experience with implementing process improvements and leading change;
- Ability to learn quickly and hit the ground running.
