About the role
As we are filling roles created by our Consultants enjoying secondment opportunities elsewhere in UniSuper, these roles are initially offered on a 12 month contract basis.  Should you love working for us as much as we love having you, a more permanent arrangement could be considered towards the end of your contract! As a Member Services Consultant, you will champion UniSuper products and services, ensuring that our members receive outstanding customer service. Your focus will be to answer call inquiries accurately and within agreed service times in a professional, member focused manner. This may lead to multi skilling in our chat and email member inquiries.

Responsibilities
  • Answering member inquiries regarding UniSuper products and services
  • Using various online systems to access data and update information
  • Liaising with other internal departments about calls or requests
  • Meeting Member Services’ standards and service levels
  • Escalating issues where necessary

Skills & Experience
  • An obsession with providing excellent customer service
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to use a variety of systems
  • Capable of understanding complex information and explaining this to people in an easy to understand manner
  • Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
