Our Client is seeking experienced call centre agents to join their teams. 

We have a number of opportunities across multiple departments due to growth and movement in the business. 

With a diverse portfolio of products, the key purpose of the role is to support Corporate Clients across Australia. 

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
  • Min 12 month experience in a call centre environment
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service skills 
  • Excellent PC skills 
  • A stable career history

The role is based Macquarie Park and close to the train station and major bus interchange. The operational hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 7pm. There is no weekend work as you are working with a Corporate Customer base!
