Set amongst the vibrant cafe culture in Oakleigh our office is a hive of excitement. We are introducing a new workflow system, new products and embarking on several groundbreaking projects that will change the way that we service our members and customers. Because there is so much going on we are on the lookout for a specialist who would love to work in our close-knit team.

Our specialist role is a senior team member who will assist the department head by carrying out important functions. THE ROLE

  • Full time 5 days a week
  • Coaching team members
  • Bulk communications to our members
  • Process member requests and communicate with members within SLA
  • Ensure scholarships are paid
  • Provide support and guidance to other departments
  • Project work
  • Maintain accurate member database

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong customer service experience in an administration role
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Excellent attention to detail required
  • Ability to reach KPI daily targets and deadlines
  • Commitment and reliability
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite
