Your new role
- You will be the main point of contact for existing accounts over the phone and via email.
- You will be liaising with large key accounts across ANZ and ensuring they receive excellent customer service.
- You will make a high volume of outbound calls and advise on the latest promotions and products and entering up to date information on the SAP system
What you'll need to succeed
- 6 months contact centre experience.
- A strong worth ethic, reliable and dedicated to succeed
- Ambitious with a desire for career progression
- Experience in outbound calls or sales
- Clear communication skills and attention to detail.
