This organisation is one of Australia’s leading Insurance providers. An opportunity exists for a customer service representative to join their expanding team.
Your new role
As a customer service representative you will be responsible for resolving technical issues for customers relating to their insurance. The position will also include sales, quotes and policy matters. You must have strong investigation and analytical skills as well as possessing great customer service skills, excellent attention to detail and ability to work to daily targets.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role you must have previous experience working in a call centre environment, an understanding of the insurance industry would be desirable. Due to the nature of this role, it is essential to be able to work well as part of a team. You will be required to have exceptional attention to detail.
