We are seeking a customer service professional who is focused on tangible outcomes to enhance and further build on our support services and procedures.

 

If you have run a structured customer delivery focussed operation; an IT Helpdesk operation or similar in the past; this is a role that will benefit from your procedural awareness and people management skills.

Our culture is geared to customer satisfaction and that is the overriding outcome we seek with our software service support operations. In achieving this objective, we seek your input in ensuring optimisation of all team deliverables.

An IT background or experience in software support and delivery will be beneficial, and we perceive people management experience and procedural experience to be key elements in the success of this function.

Candidates with customer service management backgrounds or those with experience in call centre support operations are encouraged to apply.
