Billi, an Australian manufacturer of instant boiling and chilled filtered drinking water systems, has a 12 month's fixed term contract opportunity for an experienced Customer Service professional based in Thomastown.
For over 20 years, Billi has lead the market with the premium product. Billi is a long term company and is experiencing continuous growth due to product innovation, unique sales approach and most importantly great after sales support and customer service.
This is a fast paced role and offers you variety, challenges and the opportunity to use all of your acquired skills.
Reporting to the Head of After Sales your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Managing and responding to escalated customer enquiries
- Day to day booking, allocating & co-ordinating of service calls to ensure timely attendance of all service calls
- Manage the CRM service centre to ensure all data is up to date and accurate for your area/s including closing service calls
- Assist clients with interstate service enquiries
- Process service related debtor invoicing
- Process warranty claim paperwork
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a strong customer service ethic and is passionate about helping others
- Has a minimum 2 years' experience working in a professional customer service or office environment
- Demonstrates strong problem solving and conflict resolution ability
- Organised and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Is well presented to fit in with the organization's values of Teamwork & Respect, World Class Customer Service, Innovation and Excellence.
Key Competencies & skills required:
- Strong customer service background in dealing with both commercial and retail customers
- Genuine passion for people, customer service and sales
- Ability to think and act calmly under pressure.
- Self-motivated and results orientated
- Excellent communication skills and time management
- Strong people skills with the desire to build solid relationships
- Professional and helpful phone manner
