The role
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with solid Customer Services experience to enter the exciting world of Financial Markets.
As a client service officer, your main duties will include:
- Managing a portfolio of existing clients, with a focus on tailored financial solutions for the individual needs.
- Developing and maintaining excellent client relationships to satisfy the customer's needs.
- Assisting clients with their individual requirements across multiple business lines.
- Actively pursuing and identifying new business opportunities through your self-starting marketing strategy.
- Providing excellent customer service with attention to details and compliance.
- Proactively managing and reporting on your sales results against business plans.
The Person
To be successful in this role, you need to have:
- Proven track record of client / customer service experience for 1-2 years in any industry.
- Tertiary qualifications in finance or commerce will be highly regarded.
- Self-motivation and a positive mindset.
- Mandarin / Cantonese / Japanese speaker preferred.
- Previous experience in a corporate or financial services environment will be highly regarded.
