Due to continued and ongoing growth, Award Mortgage is looking for people person who are interested in working in the Mortgage (or Banking) industry to join our expanding Broker team.

Based in our Hornsby branch, you'll be working alongside a team of great people and interacting with home owners Australia-wide by phone or face-to-face, to find them the best mortgage solutions available, and at no cost to them (we like win-win outcomes).

Using responsible lending practices, we are passionate about finding Australians great home loans for their circumstances and providing genuine career opportunities for our staff. You will need to have a fundamental understanding of home loans, interest rates and finance.

What experience or accreditations do you require?

• Passion for working with people
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to sell face to face and over the phone, convert leads
• Banking/Finance/Broking exp preferred
• Understanding of lending, residential and commercial loans
• Highly motivated to help clients achieve their financial goals
• Mortgage Broking Accreditation preferred but not essential**
• Attention to detail
• Be a great human being

**It is strongly preferred that applicants hold a compliant and current Cert IV accreditation. However, if you understand what it means to obtain a Cert IV in Mortgage & Finance Broking and are committed to doing so, then we will consider your application. 

This is a full time position offering 2 weeks training and uncapped commission with career progression opportunities available to the right person. With exponential growth over the next 6-12 months, we want to take you on the journey.
