Fantastic opportunity for a collections officer to join our client- an established institution within the banking industry for a 3 month temp assignment. Based in Sydney’s CBD, this role requires a self-motivated candidate to achieve collections targets through outbound calls (no AP or AR functions) whilst developing strong, effective relationships with stakeholders and members.
You will manage our client’s debt recovery process and negotiate solutions with members in a warm and professional approach.
Requirements for the Role:
• Confident and resilient communication skills
• Strong work ethic with a positive, self-driven approach
• Proven dispute resolution skills
• Collections and customer service experience
• Ability to work towards targets
