The Role:
The director of this Boutique Financial Advisors has expressed how they are looking for a confident individual, who is happy and comfortable speaking to clients. The incoming CSO will ideal have implementing experience using Xplan as well as basic knowledge on Wrap Platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a detailed understanding of the client database to ensure a highly responsive service to clients
• Manage client service and administrative functions and act as the first point of contact with client queries by telephone, face to face and email
• Implement Advisers directions efficiently and accurately
• Prepare for Annual Review meetings, prepare correspondence where necessary and implement file notes from meetings

  
Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role in the financial services sector
• Desirable not essential - RG146
• Ability to use online platforms, client database and financial planning software
• Ability to work effectively with Advisers to ensure the seamless provision of superior client service

  
In return:
This company will offer monthly career review meetings to help you progress. Each Friday there will be early finishes as well as a chance of flexible working hours once probation is passed.
