Our Client
Our client is an innovative mortgage broking company based in beautiful MT Eliza, Mornington Peninsula. They are passionate about helping their clients reach their property goals and the aim is to make loan approval and structuring as simple and easy for their clients as possible.
The OpportunityOur client is seeking a Senior Loans Processor / Manager to join their company in Mt Eliza, Mornington Peninsula Region, with the potential to earn up to $70,000 pa (Negotiable Based on Experience $55k - $65k pa + Super)
The primary purpose of this position is to effectively prepare and lodge residential, SMSF and car loans.
Reporting directly to the Director some of your responsibilities include:
- Updating and ongoing management of CRM.
- Providing support to your Broker as required.
- Managing the application process from lodgement to approval.
- Ensuring the loans meet lender criteria and serviceability requirements.
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 5 years experience working in Loan Processing and in the mortgage broking industry. You will also need a Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking.
Desirable experience:
- SMSF loan writing.
- Familiar with Podium software.
- Ability to decipher Tax and Company Financials.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills whilst being able to work both autonomously and within a team whilst managing competing demands.
