Our client is a market leading specialist within global listed real estate with a total return focus. Due to continued growth and strong performance they have newly created opportunity for a high calibre individual to join their investment team.
In this role you will support a team of analysts and portfolio managers and assist in the execution and management of their investment strategies. This varied and diverse position will encompass: financial analysis, portfolio construction, financial modelling, stock & market research and selection of project initiatives.
The successful candidate will most likely have two to five years’ experience and this may have been gained from accounting, investment research, consulting or advisory. It is important to be personable, possess strong presentation, financial modelling communication skills and be a good team fit.
