We currently have an opportunity for a Client Relationship Associate to join the Shadforth team.

Based in North Sydney, the position of Client Relations Associate is an essential element of the Shadforth Financial Group (SFG) service delivery strategy. The role is primarily responsible for providing professional and administrative support to Private Client Advisers and high quality service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide the highest quality pro-active support to clients, Private Client Advisers and SFG leadership team.
  • Perform centralised administration functions including XPLAN account opening, data entry/data integrity checking, client report preparation.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing client correspondence.
  • Support our client and advice procedures.
  • Assist our Advisors and leadership team with key projects; implementation of strategies and where appropriate, attend client meetings
  • Prepare correspondence and reports as directed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Office management, including mail collection and other general administration duties. 

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Possess

  • Proven client service experience in financial service sector preferred.
  • XPLAN knowledge essential.
  • An undergraduate degree in a finance or business related stream. Achievement of, or working towards, compliance with Regulatory Guide 146
  • Ability to develop and maintain personable client relationships.
  • Ability to operate within a collaborative team environment.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet timelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent attention to detail.
