Do you want to be part of a 113 year old financial services business that focuses on clients?
Our Financial Planning firm is local in West Melbourne, a short walk from the Vic Markets. Due to the continued growth of our business, we seek a full time Paraplanner / Administration Assistant to support two Financial Planners.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working and self motivated person who has the ability to multi-task.
The role includes:
- Supporting the Financial Planners with preparation and implementation of SOAs,
- Manage CRM and back office systems to ensure the smooth running of the business
- Assist with client relationships via telephone enquiries and the preparation of review reports to assist our clients meet their goals.
- General office duties
- Manage legislative requirements such as opt-in and FDS.
The successful applicant will have:
- Previous experience within a financial planning business (this is essential to be considered for this position)
- Understating of the financial planning process and financial services industry.
- Strong administrative skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
- Experience with XPlan software will be highly regarded
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
