We are currently looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join the team in Sydney.
Reporting to State Operations Manager, NSW, the Client Relationship Manager is responsible for protecting and increasing Scottish Pacific’s exposure and income by managing the risk on a portfolio of clients, whilst simultaneously striving to give the best possible service. The successful candidates will also be responsible for managing, leading and developing a team of up to 4 operations staff.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain highest level of service for all clients
- Minimise or eliminate losses by monitoring risk and detecting and rectifying potential breaches of policy
- Protect, and generate income from their portfolio
- Maximizing client retention
- Undertake Field Reviews
- Recommend, negotiate and document client facility changes
- Review New Business Submissions and perform take-ons for new clients
- Month end reporting
- Support, lead, coach, train, develop and motivate direct reports to achieve optimum level of productivity
- Working in such a way that is aligned with Scottish Pacific's vision and core company values
About You
- In depth understanding of risk control procedures and legal issues associated with Factoring
- Excellent communicator with a client service emphasis
- Ability to lead and develop staff
- Understanding of debt recovery procedures
- Superior time management and organisational skill
The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of factoring risk control procedures and legal issues along with the proven ability to effectively manage long-term client relationships.
