Responsibilities;

• Provide administrative support to accountants
• Partial AP functions - High volume data download and entry
• Manage daily email correspondence
• Investigate and resolve supplier discrepancies
• Assist with month end reports and supplier weekly report
• Send remittance advices
• Multi-company account management
• Bank reconciliation
• Prepare reports every quarter
• Provide one on one specialist financial counselling service via using budgeting tools
• Education and advice on options, financial management skills such as budgeting and personal cash flow management

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Accounting/Finance
• Excellent communication skills & problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent time management, multi-tasking and follow-up skills
• Experience with XERO or similar accounting systems
• Demonstrate highly supportive & positive attitude toward all persons for whom there is responsibility, accountability or care
• Be self-motivated and keen to learn
• Be able to handle stress
• Demonstrated efficiency in the use of computer systems including word, spreadsheets, email, database and business systems
• Sound knowledge of consumer banking, financial systems and relevant legislation
