About the role
We're looking for a self motivated and client focused Senior Financial Planner to join our Business team located in Sydney CBD. The position will provide tailored financial solutions through financial diagnosis, advising on appropriate financial strategies and matching specific needs for our high value clients.
As a senior member of the team, you will be a mentor to our team members and be an advocate by providing high level of strategy development.
Responsibilities
In this challenging and pivotal role, your key responsibilities include:
- Deliver the Lifestyle Financial Planning Process through the analyse of client needs, development and delivery appropriate planning strategies and product solutions, preparation of quality, compliant Statements of Advice and implement agreed recommendations
- Ongoing service and review – delivery of ongoing client service package
- Personal development, we encourage our people to attend technical training courses and up skilling sessions to develop and maintain key competencies and keep up to date with market requirements
- Build effective relationships with your referral partners, source clients sets and educate them on the financial planning process
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you must be able to work in a fast-paced, at times ambiguous and complex environment and have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Diploma in Financial Planning and an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning
- Completed or soon to complete your CFP
- 5+ financial advisory experience
- Demonstrated experience in exceptional customer services and high performance
- A natural ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
