This a varied role within a busy financial planning team, most suited to a career Client Services Officer dedicated to supporting multiple financial advisers simultaneously.

 

Your role will include, but not be limited to, the following duties:

  • Assisting the financial planners with the preparation of investment reviews and associated documentation;
  • Proactively supporting the financial planners to service a growing and diverse client base;
  • Completion and processing of investment documentation;
  • Client database management;
  • Liaise with fund managers, brokers and share registries;
  • Implement instructions from the financial planners efficiently and accurately;
  • Appointment booking and diary management;
  • Input of data into various databases;
  • Project based activities;
  • Mail outs and marketing activities;
  • Organisation and/or preparation of internal and external meetings and training activities;
  • Scanning/filing;
  • General administration.

Highly regarded skills include:

  • Previous experience working in financial planning firms in a similar role;
  • Knowledge of and experience with XPLAN;
  • Familiarity with superannuation and/or self-managed superannuation funds;
  • Advanced MS Office skills
