Operating globally, we provide a comprehensive range of services and advice.  Our expertise covers the spectrum of financial products, from listed and private equity, to debt and hybrids, as well as corporate transactions such as mergers & acquisitions and restructuring. We cater to a wide cross-section of industries including healthcare, technology, agriculture and resources and industrials.

We are looking for a driven Corporate Finance Analyst. Reporting directly to the Managing Directors you will be charged with:

• Working on a broad spectrum of projects across a variety of industry sectors with direct analytical involvement in high profile
  transactions.
• Developing, reviewing and editing complex models plus carrying out extensive market /industry research for clients.
•  Preparing client documents including mandates, checklists,  and due diligence materials, Information Memoranda, Reports, Prospectuses and Presentations
• Regularly identifying and marketing to clients and liaising with external parties on various projects as well as high level industry /market research
   

You will have 2-3 years experience gained from either a Corporate Finance role within a Professional Services firm or an Investment Bank and be degree qualified in either legal / accounting or commerce (plus RG146 compliant.)
