The Company

Our client is a global fund manager guided by their strong investment philosophy about the capital markets which is based on academic research. Over the years, the firm has provided investment solutions to their clients (financial advisers) by using a systematic investment approach. 

As an Investment Advisor, you will work closely with the senior Investment & Relationship Management team to develop and retain business in the areas of investments and business strategy. You will be required to manage investment-related inquiries, perform portfolio analysis, deliver training and participate in strategic initiatives.
  
Responsibilities:

• Promote the firm’s investment philosophy and strategies;
• Assist clients (financial advisers) in understanding of financial market research and portfolio management;
• Construct portfolio analysis and regression analysis;
• Conduct presentations to external and internal stakeholders;
• Interact with financial advisors on practice management issues; and
• Handle client interactions and manage practice management issues.

  Qualifications:

• Degree qualified; progressing towards CFA is ideal;
• At least two years’ experience in the Financial Services/Funds Management within a relationship management or investment analysis capacity;
• Proactive desire to learn and a keen interest in financial markets;
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong computer skills (Excel).
