This Global Hedge Fund is seeking to recruit an experienced Country Compliance Manager. Within this exciting and diverse role you be assisting the business with management and oversight across their growing Australia business as it seeks to set up and build their business here in Australia.

The role will be a key part of the management and oversight of compliance requirements across their Hedge Funds activities.

As the Country Compliance Manager for this Global Hedge Fund you will get involved in the following activities;

Your duties will include;

• Documentation and dissemination of relevant policy and, where necessary, procedures to promote the regulatory requirements across their funds business from both local perspective.
• Review and assess the impact of legislative and regulatory changes and ensure that the policies are up to date and relevant from both a local and international perspective.
• Ensure the business is aware of their regulatory and wealth obligations
• To liaise with Internal and External Audit for relevant compliance monitoring activities

As the Country Compliance Manager with this Global Hedge Fund Manager you will have has previously experience and knowledge dealing with regulatory requirements across Multi Fund Asset classes and also have had previous experience of working with Funds that have a Macro Investment strategy.
