Because of business growth together with a new acquisition, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations, Finance and Practice Manager to join and support the team across all areas of the business. Primarily you will be responsible for overseeing the operational areas of the business with a focus on process, systems and procedure as well as creating an environment of efficiency, effectiveness and support to enable optimal service delivery. You will have oversight of client workflow and client acquisition. You will also take responsibility for some new and ongoing projects that will be both strategic and technical related. Audit and compliance exposure would be a definite advantage.
We are looking for a Senior Operational or Practice Management professional from either an advice or relevant background who are above all passionate and real ‘doers’ You will have strong commercial acumen, an outgoing and engaging persona and be solutions based in your approach. Ideally, we are seeking someone who can start immediately but will also wait for the right individual. Whilst the role is full-time, we would also look at someone who could commit to the contract on a 4-day a week basis.
