Our client is a leading platform/wrap provider seeking an ambitious portfolio administrator/ client services officer. The right candidate will ideally come from an Investments back office or Wrap operations background and have previous experience in varied back office tasks including fee transactions, withdrawals, account maintenance, transitions and adviser administration.
Duties
• IDPS account maintenance and client servicing
• Client reporting and mailing services
• Transactional processing
• Adviser and dealer group administration
• Reconciliation of cash records, positions and trades with MDA operator
• Working knowledge on Australian securities, administration of portfolio
Skills & Experience
We are seeking a pro-active and driven individual, with a desire to go above the day to day responsibilities. To be successful you will have:
- Minimum 3 years financial services experience within managed funds/investments/superannuation
- Knowledge of platform, reporting and wrap services
- Excellent communication skills and confidence
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- A positive attitude and work ethic
- Strong computer skills - proficient knowledge in Microsoft Excel and outlook is preferred
- The desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to make decisions and be self-motivated.
