The Role
- To assess and qualify loans with a high degree of accuracy that complies with all industry and company standards.
- Qualify clients by a range of financial criteria as set out in the training manuals of each Lender and the Resolve sales manual.
- Demonstrate a sound knowledge of a range of finance products available on Resolve approved product list, such as Resolve Home Loans, mortgage off-set accounts, line of credit facilities, fixed rate loans, personal loans and lo-doc loans.
- Interview, inform clients and adequately educate clients with respect to the finance process. Display a high level of customer service to all clients including being available to interview outside of normal hours (including weekends) and at the clients premises or Builder Display Homes when necessary.
- Source and foster relationships with referral sources to maximise business intake and develop personal marketing initiatives.
- Processing volume and cross referral targets whilst maintaining compliance standards.
- Ensure all settled files meet Resolve’s minimum compliance standards

To be successful in this role, the following qualities and experience are essential:
- Ability to create and maintain relationships with New Home Consultants of the ABN Group of Builders
- Outstanding customer service and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills with internal and external clients
- Strong work ethic, initiative and time management skills
- Enthusiastic, passionate, self-motivated, dedicated and responsible
- Previous experience in the construction mortgage and finance industry is preferred
