In this role you will be responsible for servicing inbound contacts from existing and prospective customers, employers, Planners and external financial advisers regarding products and services offers. The Consultant will manage customer’s expectations of service levels and deliver a superior customer experience at all times.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer inbound phone calls confidently in relation to Superannuation, Investments and Insurance and adapt to each situation
• Provide exceptional customer service for all internal and external customers
• Identify opportunities for other group products and refer to the relevant area
• Service existing policy holders
• Provide accurate information about our products and processes
• Take ownership of all customer requests and issues and follow through to ensure customer satisfaction
• Capture customer feedback including complaints in the appropriate systems
• Adhere to daily schedule

• Understanding of Equities is advantageous
