As a result of business growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Planning Associate to join the business. We are seeking an individual who displays ambition and is passionate about financial planning. Working with a small team, you will provide professional and operational support to the Advisers across all offices nationally. You will also be given the opportunity to mentor, coach & provide support & training to other staff members.
You will attend strategy meetings with the planners, develop & draft strategies to present them with and assist in the ongoing development of advice templates. You will also be tasked with researching current insurance & investment details, preparing & finalising advice documentation. As well as solving complex day to day queries regarding advice processes and ensuring that internal systems meet compliance standards.
To be successful, you must have had solid experience in the industry as an Associate Adviser or Paraplanner and be able to establish, build and maintain effective relationships with advisers and other key stakeholders. You will be RG146 Compliant or above and have a sound understanding of the financial planning process. You will have solid working knowledge of Evolution, Microsoft office & institutional websites. People who can challenge a strategy, demonstrate an aptitude & willingness to learn, as well as those with sound abilities in time management and prioritisation will be highly regarded.
