Keegan Adams are working with a private wealth boutique firm that specialise in providing tailored investment strategies to a HNW client base. They pride themselves on having a great team culture and team environment and have recently been voted one of the best places to work in Sydney. They are self licensed and not tied to a major financial institution providing them with great flexibility and agility in the advice they are able to provide.


Duties and responsibilities

• Accurately construct and generate compliant Statements of Advice for high net worth clients, including clients with multiple entities.
• Provide strategic guidance and a technical reference point to colleagues.
• Co-ordinate investment reviews to ensure timely delivery to advisers.
• Maintain working technical knowledge of financial planning matters and legislative updates.
• Ability to liaise with external paraplanning resources to meet appointment deadlines.

To be successful in this role you should ideally have the following:

• At least 3 years relevant paraplanning experience.
• RG 146 qualifications including a numerate University degree.
• High level written and verbal communication skills.
• Exposure to financial planning software (ideally Xplan).
• Ability to model client scenarios.
• Confidently discuss strategic opportunities with fellow colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A motivated, can-do attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative.
