Recognised as one of the top international banking providers, with a vibrant team culture and growing customer base, this bank is seeking an experienced Assistant Corporate Relationship Manager to join the Perth team.

Your new role
Reporting to the Perth General Manager you will be responsible for administrative duties to assist the Relationship Manager in relation to banking facilities, services, products and investments. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing a high level of customer service, acting as the support contact for customer’s correspondence
• Proactively following up the RM in liaison with customer requirements and sales opportunities
• Assisting the RM with credit proposal drafting, financial analysis, and system data entries
• Preparing and reviewing and collecting documents for/from customers
• Scheduling follow up meetings between Relationship Managers and customers
• Establishing and maintaining customer files including assisting with customer reviews and compliance documentation
• Other general ad-hoc duties as requested by the department

What you'll need to succeed

• Undergraduate degree in business or equivalent

• Good communication skill and solid financial services knowledge
• Previous corporate banking experience
• Can do attitude
• Fluent language in both English and Mandarin
