Our client Platinum Asset Management is one of the very top names within the Australian Funds Management industry. Many believe they have few if any peers. Situated in beautiful CBD offices with harbour views they are now looking for a 'Communications Officer' to join their high performing Investor Services team.

The Communications Associate role is a new role to support the existing Communications team of three.  Its purpose will be to ensure consistency of reporting across the monthly, quarterly and ad hoc content that is distributed to clients, financial planners, dealer groups and other intermediaries. The communication may also be in the form of reports, video, and website communications.  

Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting the monthly and quarterly reporting requirements of the team with proof reading.
• Proof read/listen to video presentations, website and social media publications and other forms of communication.
• Coordinate the timely update of multiple consultant databases with monthly and quarterly data.
• Contribute as required to responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP).
• Support as required the completion of Due Diligence Questionnaire documents (DDQ).
• Participate and support ad hoc projects with the Communications and Investor Services team such as content writing and document editing.

Essential Skills and Traits:
• High attention to detail – previous proof reading experience desired.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritise workload.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Mature and reliable work attitude.

Experience and Qualifications:
• Tertiary qualified with a Bachelor degree.
• Confident in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Previous experience in detailed administration and/or proof reading of reporting.
