Your new role
As Senior Small Business Banking Specialist, you will be tasked with developing strong relationships with small business clients in regional WA. You will seek out new opportunities as well as maintain existing customer relationships, to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions to add value to their business. Working across two branches in WA you will provided with a car so you can immerse yourself into the community to grow revenue.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous banking experience in a customer facing role
- Strong customer service experience
- Passionate, driven and self-motivated
- The ability to work autonomously
