This is an exciting opportunity for a Member Relationship Advisor to join our Canberra Branch. You will specialise in lending, actively build our business within the community and assist the manager in a second in charge capacity. By providing personalised full financial service to our members, you will actively promote our products and seek opportunities to cross sell.
You must be able to build genuine rapport with members. You will make real connections and add value to the member by tailoring a solution to their banking and lifestyle needs. If you’re energetic and passionate about delivering an exceptional financial member service experience and driving sales, we’d love to hear from you.
The successful candidate will have previous home / personal lending experience and demonstrated coaching and negotiating abilities. You want to reach for the stars and be driven to achieve sales and service success by reaching KPI’s/targets coupled with a strong customer focus. You will also be proactive in problem solving, take accountability for your work, be a team player and drive your own development.
