Your new company
Our client is a leading International Bank, they are currently looking for a Credit Risk Manager to join their Sydney CBD team.
Your new role
In this role you will working closely with the Sales team and responsible to processing of credit applications through to final approval, post-approval/lending credit risk management, assessing institutional and corporate loans around 50m above. You will also be responsible for the asset quality of the firm, provide proactive coaching and training to sales staff relative to credit and risk issues, and monitor the market and liquidity risk of the Branch. You will also responsible to provide the guidance and assistance to the Operational Risk Analyst to conduct due diligence report and credit report to internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in obtaining this position, it is necessary that you have a minimum of five years experience in corporate lending/credit risk. Ideally, you will have management experience within a large corporate bank or financial service environment. Your in depth knowledge in capital management practices and drivers, as well as operational risk/compliance issues will be key to your success. Furthermore, your managerial and leadership skills, and interpersonal abilities will see you excel in your role. Mandarin Speaking.
