At Quantum you will be working in a team that is dedicated towards investment performance for its investors with one of the longest continually owned non-listed Australian Property Fund Managers (since 1986) . The role is to identify opportunities for our clients, help solve their wealth and taxation related issues, and structure an appropriate wealth portfolio built around property and listed shares. Using structures such as Trusts, SMSF and private companies you will learn how to structure investors in the most tax effective manner while maximising portfolio performance. The role requires a technical person, with great presentation abilities who wants to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that's never dull. If you like working quickly, developing relationships and learning how to be a trusted adviser, this might be the role for you.

An exciting opportunity is available for a bright and enthusiastic graduate in tax, accounting, law or related field, to join the Wealth Advisory team at Quantum. Trained and then working as an Investment Consultant, you will be an integral member of this collaborative young team. You will be the first point of contact for our expansive database of existing clients and new opportunities.
We are looking for creative, smart and intuitive individuals to join our Sydney team. Key skills include:
- Recently completed University degree.
- Exceptional communication skills & a client focused approach.
- Great personality to get on the phone.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills and ideas.
- Keen to work towards REA registration and RG 146 certification.
- Willing to learn financial and wealth planning techniques.
- Prior experience in an office environment will be an advantage.
